THE JOURNEY

Ben Parris, owner, founder and Executive Chef of Parris Private Dining, has been passionate about food and cooking since he was a child. His first food memories were  making spaghetti bolognaise with his mum. Ben has been very fortunate to turn his love of food and cooking from a hobby into a profession.

Ben has been a chef for over 25 years working at some the UK's most prestigious hotels and venues, such as, The Savoy Hotel, Claridges, Oxo Tower, Wisley Gardens, Mercedes Benz World and De Vere Horsley Estate.

Ben has been working as a private chef for over 10 years in and around Surrey and Hampshire and enjoys cooking beautifully presented food packed full of flavour using quality ingredients.
