Ben was introduced to us by some friends and has since provided 2 private dining parties for us in the last 6 months. He is professional and organised from the word go. His menu’s are fresh and seasonal and its obvious he takes great time and pride in his work. Ben happily works to meet everyone’s tastes and his food not only looks spectacular, each item provides a taste sensation. He is polite and courteous, as are all his staff, and he was a joy to have in the house. For us the pleasure of having someone arrive, cook, serve and clean up is second to none. Our guests have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and one commented “I have never seen anything quite like it!” We will certainly be having him back!

My wife and I wanted a garden party and because of the large number guests needed to have external caterers. We found his website and worked up the brief for the event with him then handed over full responsibility. His organisation and planning was spot on, the preparation and food was outstanding, completely relieving us of stress and worry. During the course of the evening we had numerous compliments on the food and service which genuinely made the event, with guests speaking with Ben about making bookings for themselves. Needless to say, there is one phone number we will keep safely by for when we have a similar event in the future. We wanted a private dining experience for the family to celebrate our ruby anniversary and Ben certainly delivered in spades. We met some weeks before to discuss menu options which Ben tailored to suit our needs but the fine detail and content was left with him to prepare and provide some surprise on the night. We started with canapés followed by a 5 course meal. Ben simply took over the kitchen and served all dishes to our group of six in the dining room. The food was absolutely divine and the presentation amazing…a true gourmet experience. He explained the ingredients and how each dish was prepared/cooked in fine detail which just enhanced the whole bespoke experience. The blend of flavours he achieved in each dish was equivalent to any 4/5* restaurant that I have experienced and to have this served in your own dining room made the evening very special. Oh, and he left our kitchen cleaner than when we handed over to him! If you are looking for something just a bit different for a special occasion at home then I can thoroughly recommend Ben.
